You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

a) your use of the site is at your sole risk. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited, to the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Your responsibilities and indemnification

ZUMANITY’s site features hyperlinks to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of these sites. A hyperlink from our site to another does not signify that we approve of or recommend the content of a site which does not belong to Cirque du Soleil.

Governing law

ZUMANITY’s Internet site are operated from Montreal by Cirque du Soleil. Any legal conflict between a user and Cirque du Soleil is therefore subject to the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Intellectual property rights

Cirque du Soleil respects the intellectual property of others and we ask that you do the same. If you have good reason to believe that your work has been copied or is being used on ZUMANITY’s site in a manner that violates your intellectual property rights, we request that you inform Cirque du Soleil by providing the following information:

Other terms

The Terms and Conditions of ZUMANITY site constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cirque du Soleil—an agreement that governs your use of the site. These Terms and Conditions replace all previous agreements between you and Cirque du Soleil. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions when using certain services provided by third parties.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

All claims or causes of action arising from or related to the use of the ZUMANITY site or its Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year following the date on which such claim or cause of action first arose. Otherwise, they will be barred forever.
